The consultation is open until the 24<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of February 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"common-al _p_common-al\"><span>The Provincial Executive of Groningen announces that it intends to grant an environmental permit based on the General Provisions Environmental Law Act (Wabo) to\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Djewels.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"common-al _p_common-al\"><span>The draft decision and accompanying documents are available for inspection from the day after publication up to 6 weeks later in: &#8211; local government building in Groningen;<span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; town hall of Eemsdelta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"common-al _p_common-al\"><span>More information is available <a href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/prb-2022-488.html\">at:\u00a0https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/prb-2022-488.html<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Op 12 December heeft de Provincie Groningen haar ontwerpbesluit voor een omgevingsvergunning (\u2018Wabo\u2019) voor Djewels ter consultative gelegd.
